REVIEW ON MAYBELLINE MICELLAR WATER | INEXPENSIVE

Hello friends,

Today I want to share my review on Maybelline Micellar Water.

Maybelline Micellar Water is new launch in Indian market and one amongst the inexpensive of all. Maybelline Micellar Water comes in one variant and size. Today I are going to test the product and tell all the facts its claims.

Maybelline Micellar Water claims to "Remove Make-up + Cleanses + Hydrates + Soothes". It also says that:
Removes all make-up and UV products.
Hydrates.
Removes all dirt and dust, refine pores.
Refreshes like a toner.
No need to rinse.
Suitable to sensitive skin.

Ingredients are Aqua/water, glycerin, he-xylene glycerol, EHT, Disodium, etc.

There is additional information also:
No rinse, even for Sensitive skin.
No fragrance, Alcohol free, fresh and oil free
Dermatologist and ophthalmologically tested

AFFORDABLE : 4/5

It is really an affordable lip balm range as it costs for 399 INR only for 95 ml of product, which is one among the cheapest micellar water available. Micellar Cleansing Water comes in a nice 95ml bottle which is enough for up to approx 40-50 uses, which is enough for approx 1 month. It has a expiry of 36 months, which is enough to use it up.

PACKAGING : 3/5

The packaging is a clear and sturdy transparent plastic bottle. The bottle has a flip open cap which dispenses just the right amount of product, but I would have loved the fact if it had pump packaging.

PRODUCT : 4/5

It Perfectly cleanses and refreshes skin without rubbing or rinsing, and also does not leaves any oily residue on the face. Use it any time to clean  your face and refresh it. It could be used as a nice make-up  remover too, to cleanse all the dirt. The only down side is that it removes everything with a cotton pad except for stubborn waterproof mascara.
With any make-up removal liquid or cream you need to hold the cotton pad over a specified area for the product to break. Maybelline Micellar water works just the same minus the extra work of rinsing and the vigorous wiping. As it is Dermatologist and ophthalmologically tested, it doesn't sting your eye, you can go back easily next time, if it did not removed make-up at first time.
It works wonderfully and removes liquid lipsticks, kajal, eye-liner, foundations, etc. easily in few swipes as shown below.

VERDICT:

The Micellar water is a easy solution who is lazy like me to remove the make-up at each end of the day. In addition, I do not feel the need to rinse my face once I remove my make-up with the micellar water nor does my skin feel dry after use. You can straight away apply night cream or eye cream and hit the bed, but I prefer to cleanse it using a mild cleanser, but don't forget to apply a moisturiser.

If you wish to buy the product, you can buy it from the stores near you or online at Nykaa or Amazon.

PROS:
As it is Dermatologist and ophthalmologically tested so it is safe for eyes
Does not dries out the skin
No fragrance and alcohol
Does not affect acne-prone skin
Requires no rinsing
Leaves your face feeling clean and oil-free

CONS:
Might not be effective on waterproof mascara
Can be used only with cotton balls or pads, not wet wipes
Has a simple Flip open packaging

Now I would like to wrap up my review on the note that I really liked the product and looking forward to try more products from them. If you want to suggest some product or want review on any product, you can write to me in comment section below.
